Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your dedication to cleanliness and attention to detail will create a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and comfort throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas with precision and efficiency. Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all surfaces are spotless and inviting. Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a pristine environment. Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards, reporting issues promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols using appropriate janitorial supplies and equipment to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Assist with laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Support the overall cleanliness of the hotel by participating in deep cleaning projects and special sanitation procedures as needed. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable. Knowledge of floor care techniques including mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning. Strong understanding of hospitality standards and janitorial best practices. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive tasks. Prior experience in industrial cleaning or custodial roles is a plus; hospitality or hotel experience is preferred but not required.
