The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming and pleasant dining experience. This role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Prepare and replenish food items, including coffee, pastries, fruits, and other breakfast offerings. Provide outstanding guest services by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their needs. Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems. Buss tables promptly to maintain a tidy dining area. Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating strong phone etiquette when necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items. Monitor food quality and presentation to meet hotel standards. Experience Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Familiarity with cash handling procedures is essential. Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is beneficial. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment are required. A passion for providing excellent guest experiences in a hotel or banquet setting is highly valued.
