Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities, ensuring that all laundry services meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in a hotel or similar environment, with a strong focus on cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a spotless environment. Launder linens, towels, and other items as required, ensuring proper handling and care of fabrics. Operate laundry equipment including washers and dryers, adhering to safety protocols. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute laundry items efficiently. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to maintain health and safety standards. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or services. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services preferred, particularly in a hotel setting. Knowledge of laundering techniques and fabric care is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
