ASAP About the Family & Household A busy family of four residing in an 8,000 sq. ft. high-end residence in Wind Gap, PA is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented housekeeper. The household includes two children (ages 7 and 11), parents who periodically work from home, and no pets. The family deeply values a pristine, beautifully maintained home and seeks a professional who takes genuine pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities Detailed Housekeeping:

Perform meticulous weekly cleaning, daily tidying, room resetting, and routine rotation of deep cleaning projects.

Specialized Care & Linens:

Manage household linens and towels, including weekly bed changes. Apply proper care techniques and product knowledge for delicate fabrics, high-end finishes, and expensive furnishings.

Child Space Maintenance:

Proactively organize and manage high-traffic child areas, keeping bedrooms, closets, and playrooms neat, clutter-free, and functional.

Seasonal & Outdoor Upkeep:

Maintain the small pool house during summer months, alongside light window work and general household tidying.

Ideal Candidate Profile Gentle & Respectful Care:

Demonstrates extreme care with high-end furniture and luxury decor (e.g., careful handling, no aggressive vacuuming near walls/furniture, etc).

Collaborative Communicator:

Fluent in English with outstanding communication skills. Highly proactive, but asks for approval before altering established organizational systems (preventing misplaced items or disruption).

Observant & Self-Directed:

Takes initiative to spot unaddressed areas, control clutter, and offer suggestions to help the home run smoothly.

Household Fit:

Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, busy home with active children and remote-working parents. Requirements Proven experience as a housekeeper in large, high-end private residences. Fluent English Speaking Ability to work 25 flexible hours per week across Tuesday through Friday. This position can be worked around another part-time job if needed. Excellent references verifying reliability, trustworthiness, and delicate handling of fine homes.

Pay:

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
