Implement sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met across all areas. Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques. Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work with proper safety protocols. Utilize janitorial and custodial experience to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide personalized housekeeping services. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, including janitorial or custodial work. Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures, including the use of cleaning detergents and equipment. Strong skills in dusting, surface cleaning, floor maintenance, and carpet cleaning. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work activities. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day. Customer service orientation with clear communication skills for client interaction. Experience with housekeeper management or supervising housekeeping staff is a plus.
