Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures across all areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Clean floors using appropriate methods such as sweeping, mopping, or carpet cleaning equipment to keep surfaces spotless. Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed. Use cleaning detergents and equipment safely and effectively to remove dirt, stains, and debris from various surfaces. Assist with outdoor work when required, such as cleaning entryways or outdoor furniture to enhance curb appeal. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service. Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards. Lift heavy objects safely during tasks such as moving furniture or cleaning equipment without risking injury. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs for restocking or repairs promptly. Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial roles with a strong understanding of janitorial procedures. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and proper use of cleaning equipment and detergents. Familiarity with sanitation standards and implementing effective cleaning protocols. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work activities. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day. Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Experience in housekeeping management or residential housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
