Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various settings, including hotels, hospitals, and industrial facilities. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms. Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as required, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Manage floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Follow established housekeeping procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Assist in housekeeping management tasks as needed, including training new staff members. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Familiarity with hotel or hospitality standards is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods, including lifting and moving items as necessary. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards guests and coworkers.
