Strip guest rooms of all used linens, towels, and trash after checkout. Assist housekeeping attendants with room cleaning and preparation. Deliver clean linen, towels, and housekeeping supplies to guest floors. Remove trash from guest rooms, public areas, and service areas. Maintain cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, elevators, and public spaces. Vacuum corridors and clean common areas as assigned. Respond promptly to guest requests, including delivering amenities, cribs, rollaway beds, and extra supplies. Transport laundry between guest floors and the laundry room. Assist with deep cleaning projects and preventative maintenance tasks. Stock housekeeping closets with necessary supplies and equipment. Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items according to hotel procedures. Assist with moving furniture and setting up meeting rooms or hotel events as needed. Follow all hotel safety, cleanliness, and guest service standards. Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous service to guests and team members.
