The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of housekeeping experience. Responsibilities of the Housekeeper/Caretaker A qualified Housekeeper must have general knowledge and experience in the following: Cleans and maintains all public areas, storage areas and administrative areas. Turns all vacant apartment homes after resident moves out in a timely manner. Prepares and completes final touch-ups on apartment homes prior to new resident moves in. Dusts, vacuums and overall maintains all public areas, hallways, pool areas, fitness room, community room, and other spaces assigned. Refurnish areas with supplies as needed and use of cleaning chemicals is required. Has a good understanding of safety, including: best practices & application guidelines Has excellent work ethic and is dependable Must provide good customer service and have a driven attitude Requirements of the Housekeeper/Caretaker High school diploma or GED equivalent Has excellent work ethic and is dependable Must provide good customer service and have a driven attitude Ability to lift and/or carry weighted objects occasionally. Compensation/Benefits $15-$18 per hour Excellent Salary

+ Commissions
