Job Overview As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our motel. Your role is crucial in creating a positive guest experience and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide excellent customer service
• Check guests in and out, process payments, and manage reservations
• Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and information about the hotel/resort amenities
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
• Clean Office/Lobby Area
• Shift is 6:00PM-11:00PM and on call between 11:01PM
• 8:59AM must be located in Omaha, TX because of the on-call requirement. Qualifications
• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field preferred
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• Knowledge of hotel operations, front desk procedures, and guest services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Hospitality management or hotel management background is advantageous
