CLEANING TEAM MEMBERS

THE JOB Our cleaning team provides high-quality residential cleaning services for recurring clients.

Your day may include:

Dusting and wiping surfaces Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms Cleaning bedrooms and common areas Following cleaning checklists and company standards Respecting clients' homes and belongings Communicating with your team and management Providing consistent, reliable service to our clients

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The most important thing to us isn't having years of cleaning experience — it's having the right attitude and work ethic. We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and consistently shows up for scheduled shifts Hardworking and able to stay productive without constant supervision Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work Honest and trustworthy Positive and respectful Comfortable receiving feedback and learning new systems Able to communicate well with teammates and management Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Previous residential cleaning experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

REQUIREMENTS

Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Basic English communication skills Ability to work Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
