The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and other fabrics as required, ensuring freshness and cleanliness. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, adhering to established schedules and client preferences. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and offices. Provide carpet cleaning services as needed, utilizing appropriate techniques and equipment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly for optimal performance. Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment. Experience Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping management is preferred but not required. Familiarity with residential cleaning practices and commercial cleaning standards is beneficial. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Knowledge of proper sanitization techniques and the use of various cleaning tools and products is essential.
