We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Houseman to join our hotel team. This position will support both our SpringHill Suites and Residence Inn properties , which are located next to each other. The Houseman plays an important role in keeping our hotels clean, organized, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and is willing to help wherever needed. Responsibilities Assist the Housekeeping Department with daily cleaning and maintenance needs. Clean and maintain public areas, hallways, elevators, and other common areas. Deliver linens, towels, supplies, and other items to guest rooms and housekeeping areas. Collect and remove trash from guest rooms and common areas. Assist room attendants with cleaning and preparing guest rooms when needed. Help maintain cleanliness around the hotel grounds and pool areas. Assist with laundry duties as needed. Respond to housekeeping requests from guests and other hotel departments. Move housekeeping carts, supplies, furniture, and other items as needed. Help keep storage areas organized and stocked. Work between SpringHill Suites and Residence Inn as needed. Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to management. Follow hotel cleanliness, safety, and guest-service standards. Perform other duties as assigned by management. What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable attendance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be comfortable working at both hotel properties. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to: Stand and walk for extended periods of time. Bend, stoop, kneel, push, pull, and reach. Lift and carry supplies and equipment. Push housekeeping carts. Safely perform physical cleaning duties throughout the workday. Why Join Our Team?
