Your Day-to-Day:

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every guest enjoys a spotless, comfortable, and inviting room.

Your responsibilities will include:

Clean guest rooms as assigned by the housekeeping supervisor in accordance with Holiday Inn Express Brattleboro standards of cleanliness - including but not limited to vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms, sleeping areas, and sitting areas. Replenish supplies such as linens, amenities, and towels. Report any maintenance needs or safety issues to the appropriate department. Work efficiently and effectively within the time frame allocated for each room. Support your team and complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Provide friendly, professional service if approached by guests.

What We're Looking For:

Ability to multi-task and stay productive in a fast-paced environment. Energetic, self-motivated, and a team player. Flexible and reliable with the ability to work weekends and holidays. Attention to detail and a positive attitude toward assigned tasks. Neat, professional appearance. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, but not required—we provide training!
