Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, scrubbing, and applying appropriate floor care techniques to preserve their appearance and safety Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency Follow established cleaning protocols for industrial or specialized cleaning tasks when necessary Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly for optimal performance Assist with managing housekeeping supplies inventory and report shortages or maintenance needs promptly Support hospitality standards by responding swiftly to guest requests for additional cleaning or amenities Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial settings Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and waxing floors Prior hotel experience or familiarity with hospitality industry standards is highly desirable Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods Experience in housekeeping management or supervising team members is a plus Join us in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort!
