About the Full Time Position We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to help keep our assisted living community clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Responsibilities Clean resident apartments, bathrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas. Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and disinfect surfaces according to community procedures. Collect and remove trash and recycling. Assist with laundry and linen services as assigned. Maintain cleaning supplies and keep storage areas organized. Follow cleaning, infection-prevention, and safety procedures. Report maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly. Respect residents' privacy, belongings, and personal preferences. Interact with residents, families, and coworkers in a friendly, professional manner. Qualifications Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently. A respectful, patient, and caring approach to working around older adults. Ability to perform the duties of the position, including standing, bending, reaching, and moving cleaning equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
