Responsibilities Efficiently handle the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, including bed linens, towels, and amenities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness. Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums. Manage laundry processes by sorting, washing, drying, folding, and storing linens. Follow safety data sheets (SDS) for all chemical agents handling to ensure safe usage and compliance with health regulations. Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a spotless environment. Adhere to hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols during all cleaning activities. Handle heavy lifting safely when moving furniture or bulky laundry items. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries related to housekeeping needs. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored according to hotel housekeeping standards.
