Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Maintenance & Housekeeping Associate . This dual-role position requires someone who is skilled in general maintenance while also being able to assist with housekeeping duties as needed. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of maintaining a clean and well-functioning hotel environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Duties:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC system checks. Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and address them before they escalate. Ensure all hotel equipment and fixtures are in working order. Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas.

Housekeeping Duties:

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards. Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed. Restock housekeeping supplies and report inventory shortages. Ensure all rooms are properly prepared for guest arrivals. Report any maintenance issues found during cleaning to the appropriate department.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in maintenance and/or housekeeping preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is a plus. Ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Must be flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
