Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for everyone. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of surgical suites, recovery rooms, bathrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Carry out floor care duties including dust mopping, mopping and vacuuming. keep chairs, ledges, desks and various items dust free. Restock supplies such as paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap and sanitizer. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to health and safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Ensure building is locked and security system is armed when leaving the building. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is not required. We provide paid training. Experience with industrial cleaning techniques is beneficial. Knowledge of floor care methods and equipment is an asset. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
