Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor patios. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean surfaces, floors, carpets, and upholstery effectively. Dust surfaces, clean windows, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and care for flooring with precision. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service. Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or appliances safely while maintaining proper ergonomic practices. Requirements Prior experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, janitorial or custodial roles is highly desirable. Knowledge of cleaning procedures for various surfaces and floor care techniques. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and equipment used in residential settings. Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes. Physical stamina for manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking.
