Catering Production experience is not necessary.

Catering Production Responsibilities:

Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Cooks to prepare meals during our dining hours Maintain accurate food inventories Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures Rotate stock items as per established procedures Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift We're looking for Catering Production with: A strong commitment to excellent customer service and food quality Able to read and follow standardized recipes Previous experience in a restaurant/bakery (entry level employees also welcome) Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures A desire to work in a supportive fun work environment CA Food Handler's Card required (servesafe also acceptable) We offer Catering Production the following benefits: $20.00-$20.50 an hour to start Generous meal discounts Employee growth opportunities Flexible schedules A daily loaf of bread About Boudin Bakeries In 1849, Isidore Boudin combined his skill of French bread baking with fermented wild yeast nurtured by the fog-cooled air.
