THE ROLE

As a Glazer, you'll play an important part in creating the signature Honey Baked Ham experience our customers know and love. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include:

Glazing and finishing Honey Baked Hams using a hot torch Working efficiently while maintaining our high standards for quality and presentation Supporting Back-of-House and production operations Preparing products and supplies for high-volume catering and in-store needs Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Working as part of a team to meet daily production and sales goals Assisting with other production duties as needed

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY

Schedule:

Typically Monday, Wednesday & Friday As business needs increase, hours develop into a Monday-Friday schedule .

Holiday Availability Required:

Must be available to work during the holiday season. Honey Baked Ham is closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

OPPORTUNITY TO GROW!

This seasonal position can be the starting point for a long-term opportunity with Honey Baked Ham. Successful team members may have the opportunity to transition into a Part-Time or Full-Time Team Member . As a Lead Glazer , you will take on additional responsibility for leading Back-of-House and Production Operations , including: Leading daily glazing and production operations Coordinating high-volume catering production Managing in-house product and supply needs Helping organize workflow and production priorities Training and supporting other team members Maintaining Honey Baked Ham's standards for quality, efficiency, and food safety
