Job Summary This is a bartending-first position with opportunities to pick up serving shifts as business needs allow, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and maximizing their earning potential. Responsibilities Operate a high-volume service bar. Prepare specialty cocktails, beer, wine, and classic mixed drinks accurately. Provide exceptional service to guests at our 8-seat bar. Become knowledgeable about our seafood menu, daily specials, beer, wine, and cocktail offerings so you can confidently guide guests and make recommendations. Answer telephones and process takeout orders. Assist with seating guests when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar. Clean and sanitize menus and bar areas. Complete opening, closing, and side work. Support every department whenever needed. Job Requirements Working knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails preferred. Candidates with a great attitude and willingness to learn will also be considered. Previous bartending experience preferred but the right candidate will be trained. Excellent guest service and communication skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
