Taproom/Bar/Farm MarketAbout Us:
Texas Keeper is a small cidery in Far South Austin, Texas. We bring a winemaking approach to creating ciders that reflect the quality of good fruit. We are located on 16 acres of old ranchland with a Taproom next door to the cellar that's open on the weekends. Weekdays are spent in production, with 3-4 vintage periods per year. Each year we produce 12-18 unique ciders that reflect that year s growing season and time spent aging in barrel.
