PRODUCTION LEAD!

Blue Wolf | Bluefield, Virginia We're looking for a dependable, organized leader to oversee daily production and work alongside our team manufacturing cleaning products. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in quality work, communicates clearly, and keeps the team moving in the right direction.

Responsibilities include:

✅ Planning daily production and assigning work. ✅ Leading and training production employees. ✅ Overseeing mixing, filling, labeling, packaging, and palletizing. ✅ Checking product quality and maintaining accurate inventory and production records. ✅ Keeping equipment maintained and work areas safe, clean, and organized. We're looking for someone with manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience, including supervising employees or leading a team. Strong organization, basic computer skills, and attention to detail are important. Experience with chemical manufacturing, liquid filling, forklift operation, or QuickBooks is a plus.
