Job Overview Join our Cannabis Trimming and Processing Team and work with organic cannabis at the highest quality standards possible. Our tight knit team has been growing through our 10 years of operation and is focused on efficiency, community, and sustainability . In this role, you will be an essential part of transforming freshly cured cannabis and concentrates into market-ready products. From trimming to packaging and labeling, we are looking for individuals that are adaptable to different tasks and have the ability to work efficiently with team members. Duties Carefully trim and manicure buds according to company standards Assist with packaging products for sale to company standards Operate hand tools such as scissors, packaging machines, and other equipment safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of trimming stations and processing areas to ensure compliance with safety standards Complete repetitive tasks efficiently and consistently Stay organized during production by keeping products label with tracking tags Qualifications Cannabis Industry experience is highly desired Ability to trim and package cannabis products Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast paced production environment. Staying focused is essential. Ability to bend and lift 25-50lbs Ability to stay organized and communicate well with team members Experience with Google suite programs is a plus Experience in packaging/production is highly desired Please include a brief statement as to why you want the position outside of your relevant experience
