Must be 18+ About Us Rumps Butcher Shoppe is a local, community-focused retail shop operating in partnership with Ranch Brand Meat Company. Ranch Brand is built on quality, transparency, and helping customers understand where their food comes from. Position Overview We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented full-time team member to support daily production operations. This is a product creation role that may entail: cutting meat, receiving orders, preparing product, operating machinery, using knives and blades, operating the band saw, operating industrial sausage machinery, packaging, dishes, cleaning, and occasional customer service. Willing to train the right person. Schedule This position operates on a rotating 2-week schedule, Week 1: Monday

• Friday Week 2: Monday
• Thursday, Saturday Shift time: 8:00am
• 4:30pm 5 shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities Cut, prepare, marinate, mix, season, grind, stuff, and package meat products for retail and wholesale. Maintain product integrity by following food safety requirements from the local and federal regulators Assist customers with questions and product information Work with a team of like-minded individuals to produce meat and meat products for sale Cut and prepare meat products for the fresh case, or for showcase on the sales floor Assist customers at the meat/deli counter as needed Maintain cleanliness of the store and shared spaces Ensure quality of products produced Clean the shop and equipment after daily use; includes: cleaning floors, cleaning stationary equipment, cleaning mobile equipment, doing dishes, cleaning machinery, taking out cardboard/trash, and follow SOPs and SSOPs. This position requires filling out paperwork to verify food safety, Support other shop needs as they arise Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to lift, carry, and work with loads up to 60 lbs, occasionally up to 100 lbs. Must be detail oriented and team minded. Comfortable interacting with customers, coworkers and answering questions from customers.
