Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking for mature individuals who take employment seriously. You must have a working car of your own (not Uber, Lyft, or public transportation, or depend on family). You must have math skills, communication skills, the ability to be at work on your scheduled days. We are a buy here pay here dealership you must be able to maintain your own transportation to and from. We are also requesting applicants over 35. You must be able multitask in a noisy environment. You must have mature state of mind. Responsibilities Utilize Frazer software to track client interactions, manage payment control, and monitor payments progress toward achieving targets Must make over 300 calls, text, and emails a day. Must be able to post payments in between making the 300 calls, text, and emails a day. Must be able to deal with customer complaints with dignity and some grace. Must be able to take criticism and move forward with your day. Must be able to post payments correctly and communicate the posting of the payments when needed. Strong communicating skills.
