In this role, you will help ensure students have a safe and positive experience while traveling to and from school by assisting the driver, monitoring student behavior, and helping students safely board and exit the vehicle. Responsibilities Monitor the safety and well-being of students during transportation. Assist students with safely boarding and exiting the vehicle. Help maintain appropriate student behavior while in transit. Communicate any student concerns or behavioral issues to the driver and management. Assist the driver with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Ensure students are properly secured when required. Work cooperatively with drivers, school staff, parents, and dispatch. Help provide a safe, positive, and respectful environment for all students. Requirements Must pass a fingerprint-based background check. Must be dependable, punctual, and professional. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with children of all ages and abilities. Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations. Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required. Schedule & Benefits Part-Time (10-30 hours per week) Monday-Friday Split Shift (Morning & Afternoon)
