Responsibilities:

Work alongside the team to deliver fast, friendly, and efficient service Support daily operations and site performance Work alongside the team to deliver fast, friendly service Train, coach, and develop team members Ensure excellent customer service and consistent wash quality Assist with scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage Help lead team performance and maintain operational standards Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally Complete cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting procedures Help manage inventory and coordinate equipment maintenance needs Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the team

What We're Looking For:
