Job Description
JOB GOAL
Assist in providing safe transportation of students to and from school.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the driver in maintaining discipline and good student conduct on the bus.
- Assist students in getting on and off the bus as required, including buckling seatbelts, as needed.
- Assure that the students get on and off the bus in an orderly fashion.
- Assist with children in wheelchairs if necessary.
- Assist in keeping the bus clean and orderly.
- Assist in the wheelchair lift and securement of a wheelchair if necessary.
- Perform any other duties as requested by the Director of Student Services or Transportation Coordinator.
SALARY:
Per the contract $17.40/hour
HOURS:
Up to 30 hours/week
