About us Tri County Busing, Inc. A non-profit organization in the Cadillac area for over 60 years that transports students with special needs to and from school. Working in a Team environment, transport and assist students safely, compassionately and efficiently to and from school.

Type of work:

Safely and compassionately care for student passengers Establish working relationships with all Tri County staff, parents, and classroom staff Assist Bus Driver with required paper work Attend monthly staff meetings and training sessions.

Job Requirements:

SPECIFIC ABILITIES

Demonstrate knowledge of rules and regulations of school transportation. Knowledge of student Behavior Plans. Be alert and exercise good judgment concerning emergencies and day-to-day operations. Follow company Policies and Procedures and Statement of Values. Keep accurate records and reports as required, submit in a legible condition. Conduct yourself as a professional staff member at all times. Bending, pushing and pulling to load and unload a wheelchair. Bending, supporting and otherwise physically helping students into and out of a school bus. Bending and stretching for the cleaning.
