In this role, you'll work alongside bus and van drivers to support students during transportation, including assisting young children and students with disabilities. What You'll Do Assist students safely on and off school buses and vans Support students with disabilities and special transportation needs Secure wheelchairs, car seats, boosters, and medical equipment Help maintain a safe and positive environment during transportation Monitor student behavior and document safety concerns Assist in emergency situations when needed Work closely with drivers, parents, and school staff Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Compassion, patience, and a commitment to student safety Individuals with experience in childcare, caregiving, customer service, healthcare, education, or related fields are encouraged to apply Every school day, you'll play an important role in helping students get where they need to go safely.
