Implement and monitor the general program orientations and trainings, which cater to members' health and fitness goals Utilize tools and information for the purpose of increasing members' knowledge of fitness, as well as other programs provided through the YMCA Ensure phones are answered messages communicated; members and customers are handled appropriately.
