Implement and monitor the general program orientations and trainings, which cater to members' health and fitness goals Utilize tools and information for the purpose of increasing members' knowledge of fitness, as well as other programs provided through the YMCA Ensure phones are answered messages communicated; members and customers are handled appropriately. Ensure administrative support is available for other duties that may arise Responsible for the cleanliness of fitness areas and equipment Provide exceptional customer service and foster connections with members Ensure building, grounds, and equipment are in working order.
