Job Description

Seasonal Racquet Center Pro Shop Position in Estero Florida We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-service-oriented team member to join our Racquet Center Pro Shop. What We're Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service mindset Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong multitasking and organizational skills Basic computer skills; advanced computer skills are a plus Professional, positive, and welcoming attitude Ability to interact comfortably with members and assist with their needs

Position Details Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-3:30 PM Responsibilities Interact with and assist members Book and manage court reservations Answer incoming phone calls and respond to member inquiries Process retail sales and assist customers with merchandise Maintain an organized and welcoming pro shop Provide excellent service and support to racquet center members Assist with additional daily operations as needed If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you!
