We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Camp Counselors. As a Camp Counselor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children while creating memorable experiences in a fun and safe environment. This is an exciting opportunity for those who have a passion for working with children and enjoy outdoor activities.

Duties:

Plan, organize, and lead a variety of camp activities, including games, sports, arts and crafts, and nature exploration Supervise and ensure the safety of campers at all times Provide guidance and support to campers in their personal growth and development Assist in the implementation of behavior management strategies Foster a positive, memorable, and inclusive camp environment Collaborate with other camp staff to create engaging and age-appropriate programming Maintain accurate records of camper attendance, incidents, and any necessary documentation Capture special moments via photos/video Establish relationships and have fun with our campers! Requirements Experience working with children ages 4-15 First aid and CPR certification preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must pass a background check Ability to effectively manage a group of children with varying needs and abilities Knowledge of behavior management techniques Previous experience in daycare, childcare, or babysitting is beneficial Ability to adapt to changing situations and work well under pressure Positive and enthusiastic attitude!
