The ideal candidate is:
Cheerful, patient, dependable, and energetic Comfortable working with older adults Creative and willing to think outside the box A good communicator and team player Someone who genuinely enjoys helping others Able to stay organized and make good use of their time Comfortable assisting with pushing/pulling equipment or wheelchairs and lifting supplies up to 24 pounds Able to obtain and maintain a current chauffeur's license with a good driving record High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position . The Activity Assistant will work a regular schedule but may be required to work occasional evenings and weekends for special events, activities, and celebrations.
