Group Exercise Instructor
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health education, sales, and group fitness.
Duties:
- Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout plans for clients
- Lead group fitness classes with a 10/10 energy and personality
- Educate clients on proper form, technique, and nutrition
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area
- Providing clients with the best hour of their day
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of exercise science and human anatomy
- Ability to create personalized workout plans based on client goals and needs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients
- Ability to lead group fitness classes with enthusiasm and energy

Requirements:
- Nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, etc.)
- 2 years minimum coaching experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree in related field preferred)
- Personal training experience not required but a major plus!
