Job Description
FitClub Wellesley is looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Member Success Coordinator to help grow our business through sales, member engagement, and retention. This is not a front desk position. You'll be responsible for converting new leads into members, helping current members stay consistent, and identifying opportunities to grow personal training and membership revenue. If you enjoy building relationships, helping people reach their goals, and being rewarded for your performance, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Contact and follow up with new leads Schedule and conduct fitness consultations Recommend and sell memberships and personal training Onboard new members and ensure a great first experience Build relationships with current members and keep them engaged Reach out to members who have stopped attending Help prevent cancellations and identify upgrade opportunities Maintain accurate member records in our management system Work closely with coaches to deliver an outstanding member experience Qualifications Previous sales experience is required Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the sale Highly organized with strong follow-up habits Positive attitude and a team-first mindset Fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required Compensation Starting at $20/hour, plus uncapped performance incentives based on sales and member retention results. Schedule Approximately 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Some afternoon, evening, and occasional weekend availability is required.
