Role:

Physical Therapy Supervisor leading an Outpatient Sports Rehabilitation team, responsible for balancing patient care with leadership duties. Assist with daily operations of a busy outpatient clinic, ensuring quality care and efficient workflow. Supervise, mentor, and support Physical Therapists, conducting performance evaluations and fostering professional growth. Lead team meetings, delegate projects, and collaborate with leadership to strengthen relationships with physicians and community partners. Ensure compliance with policies and evidence-based standards, promoting service excellence and patient satisfaction. Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, equipment selection, and program development. Coordinate student internships, support operational challenges, and assist with staff onboarding and orientation. Coach staff towards clinical excellence and professional development.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist with expertise in outpatient care. Leadership experience in staff supervision, program development, and community outreach. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and current Montana licensure or eligibility. Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
