Overview Gold Crest is seeking a warm and energetic Activities Associate to join our team part-time. In this role, you'll help create meaningful experiences for our residents by assisting with the setup and coordination of daily activities and special events. You'll play a vital part in promoting social engagement, emotional well-being, and a sense of community among our seniors. Duties Assist with the setup, clean-up, and general preparation for daily activities, programs, and events Provide social interaction, encouragement, and companionship to residents during activities Support the Activities Director and collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth program execution Requirements Friendly, patient, and reliable personality Ability to engage with seniors in a respectful and enthusiastic manner Must be available to work every other Sunday and occasional holidays Prior experience in a senior care setting is a plus, but not required Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve!
