Job Description

Rosewood Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a small, 80 bed, privately owned facility is looking for a bright, energetic
ACTIVITIE AIDE!
If you have a passion for helping others and want to be part of a work family who truly cares about each other, we would love to talk with you. Our Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a high-energy, enthusiastic person t fill this position. As an Activity Aide, you will be part of a team that offers an outstanding level of customer service and will assist in implementing, all recreational programs, in accordance with each resident's assessment and care plan.
HOURS:
per diem - weekends

Duties and Responsibilities:
Must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, a positive attitude, a professional demeanor and leadership abilities. Qualifications Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents and their families Experience in long-term care and home & community care settings Knowledge of care plans and customer service principles Familiarity with Alzheimer's and dementia care, as well as recreational therapy Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and manage schedules Background in caregiving and working with individuals with disabilities
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$17.00 per hour
