As a member of our team, you'll be an essential part of each participant's journey, providing support, encouragement, and guidance in a fun, engaging environment. From bowling to community outings like trips to the Columbus Zoo, no two days are the same! You'll help build life skills, foster meaningful social connections, and create moments of joy that truly matter. You'll also have the exciting opportunity to plan and lead your own activities, centered around developing skills like communication, teamwork, creativity, and independence—so bring your ideas and energy! Our structured program is thoughtfully designed to meet individual needs, build confidence, and empower our friends to thrive—all while ensuring a safe and positive environment for both staff and participants.

Kind-hearted - Passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others. Committed - Available to work Monday through Friday, 5 days a week between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm. Qualifications -A high school diploma (or GED), a valid driver's license (fewer than 6 points), ability to pass background, and drug screening and the physical ability to assist individuals with activities. The substances that will be tested for in the drug screening are: Amphetamines, Cannabinoids (THC/Marijuana ), Cocaine, Opiates, Phencyclidine (PCP), Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methaqualone, Methadone, and Propoxyphene.
