Maintain cleanliness of program areas during and after activities, including light custodial tasks such as trash removal and floor care as needed.

Under the supervision of the Sports Director or assigned supervisor, the Sports Crew is responsible for supporting YMCA sports programs through facility setup, equipment management, participant engagement, and on-site supervision during games and activities. This role ensures programs run safely, smoothly, and in alignment with YMCA policies, customer service standards, and youth development values. Sports Crew members are front-line representatives of the YMCA and play a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for participants, families, and staff across all sports programs.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
(not a complete list): Prepare, monitor, and reset gyms, fields, and courts for scheduled sports programs and events.Maintain cleanliness of program areas during and after activities, including light custodial tasks such as trash removal and floor care as needed.
