Job Description:
Trainer/Sales Associate Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Front Desk Check in, Membership Sales, Cleaning & Maintenance of the studio, Calling potential customers, Retail Sales, Closing cash drawer, attending events, promotion of business....etc....
Hourly Base Pay:
$15/Hour-32-40
Hours Personal Sales Commissions:
The commission structure is based on personal sales made by the sales associate paid monthly.

Must have a Valid Driver's license, complete training classes and a CPR class(studio will pay for and help with this) NEW Hotworx-Conway(Coastal Centre) We are an infrared sauna Fitness Studio that is open 24/7. Clients exercise inside a sauna at 125 degrees and burn calories faster than traditional exercise. Sessions are done by virtual instructors inside the saunas.
YOGA, PILATES, SPIN
BIKES...and more. As well as a Functional Fitness Area with kettle bells, medicine balls, dumbbells, and more. If you think you have what it takes to be a HOTWORX Fitness Trainer Consultant and would like to be part of making Fitness History then fill out an application. No Fitness experience needed. Full training provided. Sales and customer service backgrounds are helpful, with some work experience preferred.
TRAINING
Training involves helping clients understand the different type workouts we offer in the saunas and the benefits with the different type workouts. Being able to offer assistance with clients who may be "new" to exercise. SELLING Membership sells, promotions, lead boxes, B2B are all part of the TSA's work responsibilities. Generating new member clients PAYS commissions to you!! RETAIL Wall...We offer Hotworx branded clothing, Nutritional supplements, and more. MORE Commissions to be made here!!
CLEANING
To attract and keep members, the gym must be clean at all times. Trainers will follow a scheduled cleaning program to ensure members are always working out in a clean environment.
