Summit Hills is seeking a Life Enrichment Leader to design and deliver engaging therapeutic activities for residents within our biotechnology-informed care setting. You will plan daily, weekly, and special programs that support cognitive, emotional, and social well-being, incorporating evidence-based approaches developed by John Doe Bio's research. In partnership with clinicians and care teams, you'll adapt activities to individual needs, track participation and outcomes, and help pilot innovative enrichment initiatives. Responsibilities Design and lead daily, weekly, and special life enrichment programs for residents. Incorporate evidence-based, therapeutic approaches into activities to support well-being. Collaborate with clinicians and care teams to tailor programs to individual needs and limitations. Monitor, document, and report resident participation and observed outcomes. Coordinate schedules, resources, and logistics for group and one-on-one activities. Engage residents, families, and staff to promote program participation. Ensure all activities meet safety, compliance, and risk-management standards. Support pilot initiatives that integrate biotechnology-informed practices into enrichment. Gather feedback and use data to refine and improve the activity calendar. Train or guide support staff and volunteers assisting with programs.
