Responsibilities Assist with planning, organizing, and leading recreational, social, and enrichment activities. Support individuals in participating in group and one-on-one activities based on their interests and abilities. Help prepare materials, equipment, and activity spaces before programs begin. Encourage participation and engagement in a respectful and supportive manner. Assist with transporting items, setting up rooms, and tidying activity areas after events. Observe participant needs and communicate relevant information to the team. Maintain a friendly, professional, and welcoming presence at all times. Support special events, themed programs, outings, and seasonal celebrations as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in recreation, caregiving, customer service, education, or a related setting is helpful. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to encourage participation while maintaining patience, empathy, and professionalism. Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment. Basic computer skills may be helpful for documentation and communication. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
