Camp of the Hills' mission is to create space and invitation for people to hear, see, know, and experience God. The summer staff experience is a life-changing opportunity where young adults get to engage in hands-on ministry and grow their faith for a deeper, more intimate relationship with God. Summer Staff for overnight camps specifically serve campers ages 8-18 coming from diverse, low-income, and underserved backgrounds. The summer staff's goal is to be a positive role model for campers, provide motivation and suggestions for overcoming challenges, and help spiritually mentor their relationship with God Primary duties and responsibilities: Build and foster a positive relationship with campers, especially those within your assigned cabin Teach campers about God through bible studies, worship times, and personal example Collaborate with co-counselors, full-time staff, and others to manage camp activities Display a positive example for campers through words and actions Implement point system as taught by staff, in order to appropriately support campers during behavioral interactions

Pay:

$300.00 - $400.00 per week
