Our facility includes two short-term rehabilitation units, five long-term care units, and a specialized trach/vent unit, allowing us to meet a wide range of clinical needs in one cohesive setting. Ensure that all charted activity progress notes are informative and descriptive of the services provided and indicate the resident's response to the service. Assist in preparing activity rooms/areas for scheduled activity programs. Assist in cleaning up activity areas after completing activity functions. Accurately document recreation therapy interventions for patients to support insurance billing and facilitate proper claims submission. Requirements and Qualifications Active TRT license Must be available to work every Saturday Ability to walk extensively throughout a large facility and perform moderate lifting and physical tasks Strong teamwork, communication, and patient care skills All applicants must pass a background check and employment verification check

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
