• Full-time Large HOA in Orange County, VA is seeking a full-time shift supervisor to oversee staff and delegate work assignments at Lake of the Woods Fareways Golf Sports Bar and Grill.

In this pleasant recreational work environment, duties include maintaining food and beverage inventories, managing personnel on shift including delegating and monitoring work assignments, stocking supplies, and overseing proper cash handling and credit card processing in accordance with LOWA policy and procedures. Two years of experience in a similar restaurant environment, excellent customer service and a friendly outgoing personality are highly desirable. ServSafe Food Manager Certificate and TIPS certification are a plus. Applicants must be over 18 years of age and willing to work flexible hours and weekends. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Maintain ServSafe Manager and TIPS certification. Must possess good oral and written communications skills. Experience in providing leadership to staff. Experience Requirements/Equivalents:

Two or more years' experience in similar restaurant preferred. Work Environment The work environment is a standard restaurant environment which operates at a rapid pace especially during peak hours. Work is performed in a high-pressure environment. Staff often work in close proximity to open flames and heated surfaces in a hot, wet, humid and loud environment. Safety protocols must be maintained while working around hot equipment or sharp objects. Staff must be able to stand, lift (up to 40 pounds), reach, bend, grab, and stoop.

Work Schedule Description:
